Overview
We're seeking a Senior Programme Delivery Manager to lead the successful delivery of a major Public Safety project in NSW. In this key leadership role, you'll drive end-to-end delivery excellence across a complex, multi-disciplinary project, ensuring outcomes are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You'll also act as a trusted partner to customers and stakeholders, leading teams across Australia and the UK.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end delivery of a major Public Safety project, ensuring outcomes meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations
* Develop and execute delivery strategies, methodologies, and best practices to optimise project performance
* Build and manage senior customer relationships, acting as an escalation point and ensuring high levels of satisfaction
* Oversee resource planning and utilisation across project teams, ensuring alignment of skills to programme needs
* Manage vendors, subcontractors, and partners to ensure performance, compliance, and successful delivery outcomes
* Drive risk, issue, and quality management practices, including mitigation planning and continuous improvement initiatives
Skills and Experience
* Senior-level programme or portfolio delivery experience in complex, multi-site environments
* Experience within Public Safety or similarly regulated/critical sectors
* Strong leadership across geographically dispersed teams
* Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and influencing skills
* Solid commercial and financial acumen
* Proven programme/project management expertise with solid problem-solving capability
