About The Job
Seeking an experienced and driven Full Time Assistant Boutique Manager to assist in managing the day-to-day operations of our Chatswood Westfield boutique. In this pivotal role, you will help lead a high-performing team, ensuring the boutique runs smoothly and every customer enjoys a premium, memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee all aspects of the boutique's operations.
* Inspire, coach, and motivate the team to consistently achieve sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
* Uphold brand standards and ensure a seamless, customer-first experience.
* Support the execution of visual merchandising and stock management processes.
* Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture.
Requirements
* A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a similar retail business.
* Experience in a senior beauty advisor/assistant manager role.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Strong team player with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
