This role involves supporting individuals with daily living and lifestyle requirements by providing person-centred care and support.

The Support Worker will assist clients with personal care, domestic assistance, social support, and transportation. This includes showering, dressing, grooming, medication prompts, light household cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, social activities, shopping/groceries, travelling to medical appointments, and supporting customers in the use of aids and personal equipment.

The ideal candidate will have a Certificate III or above in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability, or equivalent. They must also have an Australian Federal Police Clearance, Current CPR/First Aid Certificate, NDIS Workers Screening Check (or willingness to obtain), Current Australian Driver's Licence, Reliable, registered, and insured vehicle, and a Smartphone with internet access.
