In this full‑time position, you will be responsible for:
* Coordinating administrative and secretariat functions
* Managing correspondence, agendas, minutes, and meeting logistics
* Acting as the key liaison for Body Corporate members
* Maintaining data, workflows, and registers in the RAGIC platform
* Providing governance, reporting, and compliance support
* Managing accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and financial records
* Working closely with the Executive Committee and AIMC Executive Officer
This role ensures professional, timely, and accurate support across all operational, governance, and financial areas of the Body Corporate.
About You
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Experience in administration, governance, or corporate coordination
* High digital literacy (RAGIC or similar systems highly regarded)
* Understanding of meeting procedures and record‑keeping standards
* Basic bookkeeping or accounting knowledge
* Ability to work with discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism
