Job Summary:
This is a unique opportunity to work as a receptionist and facilities coordinator in Canberra, ACT. The successful candidate will be the professional face of the organisation, delivering an exceptional reception and facilities coordination experience for our clients.
About the Role:
* We are seeking a motivated self-starter with a proven track record of delivering best practice and quality to their clients. Exposure to working in a facilities, property management, hospitality or related field is preferred.
* The ideal candidate will have proven experience in reception, preferably in a corporate environment, and must present a professional and friendly corporate image to clients.
* You will be able to interact well within a team, learn new systems quickly, and confidently interact with all levels of the organisation from CEO to cleaning contractors.
* This role requires someone who can work with minimal supervision and deliver results in a timely manner.
