THE ROLE
Due to continued growth, we are currently seeking an Administration Assistant to join our Newman Workshop Team. Working Monday to Friday from 07:00am to 05:00pm you will be responsible for:
Assisting with service bookings, job cards and invoicingAnswering and directing phone callsCommunicating and following up with customers and updating schedulesProcessing credit applicationsMaintaining and updating customer accountsUploading documents and images to customer profilesGeneral administrative tasksAd hoc assistance in the workshop when required

Previous experience in an administration roleStrong verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office applicationsExcellent organisational and time management skillsHigh attention to detail, especially with data entryA professional and friendly phone mannerAbility to work effectively within a small teamA current Australian Drivers LicenceAustralian work rightsBe a Newman resident
