At Broad River Retail, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven General Manager to lead our retail team. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for championing our mission, values, and customer beliefs, while leading all sales activities and initiatives.

In order to succeed in this role, you will need to have a minimum of five years of experience in Furniture Sales Management as a Store General Manager. You must also have a track record in retail or commissioned sales and/or general management experience in a highly transactional, fast-paced retail environment.
A successful General Manager will possess strong cognitive skills, including the ability to learn quickly, handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously, and be highly productive without needing much supervision. They will also have exceptional people skills and a strong work ethic.
