Are you a hands on Project Manager with a passion for logistics, transformation, and operational excellence?
This is a rare opportunity to lead high impact warehouse projects at a major logistics hub in Truganina Including new facility launches, inventory migrations and customer transitions.
About the Role: As the Project Manager, you'll drive the implementation of new warehouse operations, manage inventory and customer transitions and lead continuous improvement initiatives. You'll be the go to person for strategic execution, working closely with stakeholders to deliver seamless on-time outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead end to end project delivery across warehouse operations, including site setups, closures, and migrations.
* Manage inventory transitions between facilities and customer onboarding/offboarding.
* Implement CI initiatives such as racking redesigns, automation, and systems upgrades.
* Own project outcomes : from planning and stakeholder engagement to execution and post project evaluation.
* Travel interstate/intrastate as required to support project delivery.
* Be hands on: execute tasks directly when needed, not just delegate.
* Prepare and present project status reports, risk mitigation plans, and communication strategies.
* Lead cross-functional teams and facilitate workshops to align on deliverables.
* Ensure compliance with customer and company guidelines, HSE standards, and governance protocols.
About You
* Proven experience in large scale logistics or warehouse project management (5+ years).
* Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
* Strategic thinker with a relentless, solutions focused mindset.
* Comfortable working flexible hours, including weekends during hypercare or crisis periods.
* Tenacious, detail oriented and driven by outcomes.
* Experience in freight forwarding, inventory systems, and warehouse automation is highly desirable.
* Tertiary qualifications in Business, Logistics, or related field (MBA preferred).
Checks Required: Police, sanctions, medical, and valid work rights (minimum PR).
