About Darling Downs
In 2026 our Darling Downs campus in Hilbert is a K-11, co-educational Christian school with a spacious and modern campus set in peaceful and semi-rural surroundings. While the school community is currently small, the learning culture is strong and the potential to grow the school is great. Secondary year groups are being added each year until K-12 is catered for. About the role
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Pre-Primary Teacher to join our team from Term 2, 2026. The successful candidate will:
* Deliver high-quality learning experiences for Pre-Primary students
* Foster a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment
* Support the holistic development of students academically, socially, and spiritually
* Collaborate with colleagues to implement the school's curriculum and values
* Engage positively with parents and the wider school community
Key requirements
* Relevant teaching qualification and registration with the WA Teacher Registration Board (TRBWA)
* Experience in junior primary or Pre-Primary education
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A genuine passion for nurturing young children's growth and learning
* A genuine and active Christian faith
