As part of a strategic expansion, they are entering the commercial and industrial building market and are seeking a Senior Estimator to assist the team through their next chapter of growth.

About the Role
You will be joining an established, high performing estimating team going through their next exciting growth phase as they maintain continued success in the Civil construction space whilst diversifying into Commercial and Industrial Construction and other growth industries in the coming years.
The team is there, the investment is there, just need more support.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out end to end estimating for construction projects across WA
Build and manage estimates using Expert Estimation (Pronamics) or your preferred platform
Review and interpret drawings, scopes, and tender documentation
Engage with suppliers, subcontractors, and consultants for accurate costing
Develop pricing templates, internal tools, and tender strategies
Provide commercial input into procurement, risk review, and delivery planning
Support project handover, cost control, and ongoing process improvement
Mentor junior estimators and play a lead role in growing the division
Skills & Experience Required
Minimum 5 years' experience in estimating for civil, commercial or industrial building projects
Strong knowledge of WA construction methodology, codes, and local supplier marketProven experience in first principles estimating and cost modelling
Sound commercial acumen and a pragmatic, solutions focused mindset
Leadership qualities and a desire to build and lead a team in future
Proficiency in estimating software such as Expert Estimation, CostX, or similar
