**The Human Resources Advisor will work with the Senior Human Resource Business partner (HRBP) on strategic, local business and human resource priorities including talent management, employee engagement, training and development, and organisational effectiveness. We are looking for someone that can embrace the full employee life cycle and work closely with the People & Culture team to create belonging, ensure we are future ready and that we are all growing every day.**
**Please note: This is a 12 Months Contractual Role**
- **
Recruitment: Partnering with our internal Talent Acquisition team to work on recruitment, from interviewing to facilitating onboarding for different teams.**
- ** Business Partner: Serve as a business partner to certain business groups and work closely with managers and employees in a variety of work in multiple functional areas of Human resources.**
- ** Projects: Assist and where possible lead a range of value-add services, projects and business improvement initiatives under our People Strategy.**
- ** Training and Development: Coordinates training and development, working to implement processes to drive excellence and coordinate the logistics of local training calendars and training events.**
- ** Processes: Contribute to the continuous review, improvement and implementation of HR procedures, forms and processes.**
- ** Generalist: Handling general HR queries from across the teams on recruitment, training, leave, etc.**
