Job Description
The Capital on Tap Sales Academy is a six-month training program that equips you to sell our award-winning business credit card to UK businesses. You will learn about our product, customers, and sales techniques, while gaining insights into the payments industry and business finance.
* Sourcing leads to build and manage your pipeline
* Making outbound cold calls per day
* Managing customer accounts and driving card spend
* Working towards and hitting targets
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A record of success in any sort of customer service, sports or extracurricular activities
* An energetic and personable character with the ability to build rapport over the phone
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop
* Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a drive to be successful
