Are you a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a passion for clean energy and supporting high-performing sales teams? Join our growing solar company as an Assistant Solar Sales Manager and play a key role in helping homeowners transition to solar and battery with confidence
What we NEED?
We are looking for the right person to step into a role working to help the Sales and Admin Team close their deals, follow them through to installation, close customers who need the extra reassurance and complete finance, contract and job specific documents.
We're seeking someone who isn't afraid of up-skilling to learn the solar industry, dealing with all customer, completing their journey of understanding the benefits of solar and batteries and complete their deal We are looking for someone hungry for unlimited earning potential with the largest commissions in the industry.
Follow Deals to the Finish Line: Work closely with sales reps to monitor and push deals from proposal to close, ensuring no opportunity slips through the cracks.
Admin Support Backbone: Provide reliable administrative and coordination support to sales reps and head office – including CRM updates, scheduling, and documentation.
Client Nurturing: Engage and follow up with potential clients who require more education, reassurance, or personalised support to close confidently.
Pipeline Visibility: Help maintain a clean, organised sales pipeline and support reporting for management and operations.
What you NEED TO BRING?
Proven experience in learning and implementing new sales skills
Can offer closing skills to secure the business on the spot
Self-motivated, great attitude, driven performer with an ability to work autonomously
Able to learn a sound technical base of knowledge
Experience in sales support
Strong follow-up and communication skills – written, verbal, and interpersonal
Comfortable using CRM platforms and productivity tools
A self-starter who can prioritise, stay organised, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Passionate about renewable energy and customer satisfaction
