The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a Lead Mechanical Engineer to join our Newcastle team. As our client portfolio grows across the resources, energy and industrial sectors, this position will help support and expand our engineering and design capabilities. This is a great opportunity for a talented and passionate Engineer to be part of a supportive and collaborative team.
Responsibilities
* Promote an engineering innovation culture to enable team members to respond effectively to change.
* Coordinate resources across projects and support lead engineers in the delegation of tasks and duties to other team members.
* Guide and support lead engineers throughout complex processes and technical and non‐technical problems.
Qualifications
* Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical)
* Exceptional time management and organisational skills
* Experience with maintaining long‐standing relationships with clients
