Operations Support Role
The Operations Support Administrator will collaborate with service teams and management to facilitate tasks such as PPM, Reactive Allocation, Tracking, Reporting, and Escalation. Responsibilities include timesheet review and reporting, PO management, and ensuring the quality of asset data and records.
* Support Finance and Accounts Teams in operational activities
* Coordinate Planned and Reactive Maintenance across multiple services, managing task lifecycle within CMMS systems
* Verify accuracy of maintenance data and update records regularly
* Operate an internal helpdesk answering calls from engineers and clients, updating tasks accordingly
* Closing work orders, verifying checks, and approving PO status changes
* Day-to-day liaison with technicians to meet SLA performance targets and KPIs
* Additional administrative duties may be required
Essential Skills and Experience
* General knowledge of maintenance operations
* High proficiency in computer applications, specifically Microsoft Excel
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Desirable - Training in OH&S, QA, and environmental disciplines
