Join Fantasy Caravan, a premier name in Australia's caravan industry. As part of Fantasy Caravan, we are expanding our reach with our dedicated Caravan Dealer network in Pakenham, VIC, and now looking to enhance our Coopers Plain showroom team.
Role Overview
We seek a dynamic Sales Consultant to champion our sales efforts, from guiding customers through our product range to finalizing sales of Hybrid campers and caravans. This role combines comprehensive sales responsibilities with customer interaction and showroom management.
Key Responsibilities
* Direct sales and handover of caravans.
* Manage showroom operations, including opening, closing, and daily financial tasks.
* Showcase and process orders for our diverse product lineup.
* Organize and ensure timely delivery of products directly from our showroom/warehouse.
* Maintain accuracy in financial transactions and banking.
* Communicate with customers via email and phone and prepare stock for delivery.
* Participate in local and interstate trade shows to represent our brand.
* Manage and grow our dealership's social media platforms, enhancing brand visibility and engagement.
* Address customer service issues and manage warranty claims to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
* Proven sales experience and a track record of meeting targets.
* Strong practical skills, technical competence, and meticulous attention to detail.
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone.
* Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and able to work effectively both autonomously and as part of a team.
* High computer literacy, proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
* Professional presentation, friendly personality, and excellent organizational skills.
* Full driver's license; availability to work Monday to Saturday, with alternate Fridays off.
