Job Description
* Provide financial analysis and support to key business stakeholders to inform strategic decision‐making.
* Prepare and present financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for business units.
* Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve financial performance.
* Collaborate with operational teams to ensure alignment with financial goals.
* Monitor and evaluate financial performance against targets and KPIs.
* Support the implementation of financial strategies and cost‐saving initiatives.
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and systems.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Business Partner will be able to demonstrate:
* A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* Professional qualifications such as CA or CPA are highly regarded.
* Experience in the FMCG industry, highly desired.
* Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills with a commercial mindset.
* Proficiency in SAP and intermediate‐to‐advanced Excel skills.
