Maintenance and Project Coordinator | Full-Time Permanent | Adelaide
An established retail organisation is seeking a Maintenance and Project Coordinator to oversee store openings, refurbishments, relocations, and ongoing maintenance across its national portfolio.
This full-time role is ideal for someone with strong project management skills and a proactive mindset.
About the Role
The Maintenance and Project Coordinator will manage the end-to-end delivery of store projects and maintenance works, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
The role involves liaising with contractors, designers, and centre management, as well as supporting internal teams with documentation and communication.
Key Duties
- Coordinate new store builds, refurbishments, and relocations across the store network
- Liaise with shopfitters, designers, and centre management
- Prepare and review project documentation and store layouts
- Monitor budgets and approve capital expenditure
- Identify cost-saving opportunities in maintenance and operations
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and building regulations
- Maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external contractors
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience in project management, ideally in retail or construction
- Solid organisational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
- Knowledge of health and safety legislation
- Desirable: Tertiary qualifications in Architecture or Project Management
- Ability to travel as required
