What we're looking for
* Excellent communication skills, both written and oral

* Strong time management skills and ability to prioritise
* Fluent in Microsoft office products
* High attention to detail
* Prior experience working in financial services (Finance/Insurance) & administration.
Your key responsibilities
* Answering and directing incoming phone calls
* Client implementation duties; including but not limited to:
* Establish new Superannuation accounts (including SMSF), process rollovers/contributions/withdrawals, investment switches, update death nominations
* Trading shares within Superannuation and Non-Superannuaiton structures
* Insurance quoting, applications, alterations, and overdue premium management
* Centrelink applications, updating asset and income amounts
* Perform accurate filing and data entry
* Assist with Self-managed Super Fund & Investment Portfolio audit checks
* CRM management and updating
* Ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures
