Company & Job: Specialist engineering and manufacturing business delivering complex engineered systems across critical industrial sectors. This is a unique role within the manufacturing industry, not building consultancy or architecture, focused on developing coordinated Revit models and layouts for plant systems, equipment layouts, and fabricated assemblies. You will join a collaborative team working closely with engineers, gaining exposure across the full project lifecycle, from early design and coordination through to fabrication and installation. Industrial experience is beneficial but not essential. Candidates with Revit experience from MEP or building services backgrounds are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities: Develop detailed 3D models using Revit for mechanical and electrical systems. Coordinate plant layouts including pipework, equipment, platforms, cable containment, and structural interfaces. Produce drawings supporting fabrication, installation, and project delivery. Assist with BIM coordination and clash detection to ensure practical, buildable designs. Collaborate closely with engineers to refine layouts and resolve technical challenges. Liaise with workshop and manufacturing teams to align models with build requirements. Update and manage models throughout project delivery phases. About You: Minimum 2 years’ experience using Revit within MEP, industrial, plant, or equipment environments. Ability to interpret engineering drawings and develop practical, buildable solutions. Exposure to fabrication drawings or manufacturing environments is highly regarded.
