Occupational Therapist Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in the Hervey Bay region.
* The successful candidate will provide services to customers, managing a wide variety of customer presentations across aged care funding areas.
* They will support customers in achieving their goals related to daily living, mobility, and community participation.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored therapy plans that meet individual customer needs.
* Assist with the provision of equipment prescription and home modifications to enhance customer independence and quality of life.
* Collaborate with clients, families, carers, GP's, and other professionals to ensure holistic care and effective service delivery.
Requirements
* Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy and current registration with AHPRA is essential.
* The ideal candidate will have significant practical experience or extensive knowledge in providing OT Services, preferably in a Rehabilitation and/or Aged Care setting.
* Effective interpersonal, communication, organisation, and time management skills are required for success in this role.
