About the OpportunityA leading renewable energy organisation is seeking an experienced Site Manager (Operations & Maintenance) to oversee day‑to‑day operations across multiple utility‑scale solar sites. This is a hands‑on leadership role focused on safety, operational performance, and team management.

Key Responsibilities
* Drive a strong Zero‑Harm safety culture across all activities.
* Lead, coach, and support technicians and contractors on site.
* Manage daily O&M operations, documentation, inspections, and reporting.
* Coordinate with external stakeholders, including owners, clients, and regulators.
* Oversee compliance with WHSE requirements and site KPI targets.
* Develop and maintain site documentation, drawings, and OEM resources.
* Manage procurement, subcontractors, site spares, and consumables.
* Provide technical support on investigations, performance assessments, and project activities.
* Act as the site's nominated Electrical Supervisor (where applicable).
* Maintain readiness for after‑hours and travel requirements as needed.
What You Bring
* Electrical trade qualification or electrical engineering background (preferred).
* Experience as a Site Manager or senior O&M position within renewables or similar sectors.
* Minimum 2 years O&M experience on utility‑scale solar or transferable electrical infrastructure.
* Strong understanding of HV/LV systems, power electronics, and operational safety.
* High‑level organisation, reporting, and communication skills.
* Certificates such as LVR/CPR, First Aid, and Working at Heights are advantageous.
* Proficiency with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
