Salary: Up to $60,000 + Super
We're looking for a friendly, professional, and organised Receptionist / Admin Support to join a busy property management team. This front-of-house role is perfect for someone with basic real estate knowledge who enjoys helping clients and supporting a fast-paced team.
Key Responsibilities
* Greet clients and manage front-of-house reception
* Handle incoming calls and walk-in enquiries professionally
* Support the property management team with admin and office coordination
* Assist with appointments, keys, and day-to-day office operations
What We're Looking For
* Basic understanding of real estate or property management
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Professional, well-presented, and organised
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
