We\'reseeking a compassionate Kinship Placement Support Worker to workalongside carers and support services to ensure children remainconnected to their culture, identity and community - making alasting impact through stable, nurturingplacements.
What will a typical day look like?
Support Kinship Carers to build strong,nurturing environments
Partner with families and communityservices
Identify training needs and boost carerconfidence.
Lead carer inductions and developtailored support plans
Contribute to care planning andplacement stability.
Help organise meaningful events forchildren and carers
Be part of an on-call roster for timelysupport.
Keep placement records up-to-date andmanager carer renewals.
Mandatory requirements
A bachelor's degree in social or behavioural sciences,social work, or psychology.

What you will bring to the role
Apassion and genuine desire to make a difference in the lives ofCentral Queenslanders.
Proven ability tobuild and maintain relationships with a variety ofstakeholders.
Theability to identify and embed solutions.
Demonstratedexperience working within a high-performance framework whereyou are accountable for KPIs on program delivery and outcomes,within a face-paced solutions focussed environment.
Effective timemanagement and organisational skills.
Astrong communicator, able to quickly build rapport andinfluence across a diverse range of people.
