Position Summary
We have a new opportunity for a Project Engineer (Water Treatment) to support the delivery of a major $20m Design & Construct mining water treatment project based in the Northern Territory, in close proximity to Darwin.
This is a site-based role with a strong focus on construction, commissioning and ongoing plant operation, working closely with the Project Director and site-based project delivery teams.

permanent
or
contract
engagement, with flexibility for either Darwin-based candidates or those seeking a FIFO roster.
This opportunity would ideally suit a Mechanical or Electrical Engineer with hands-on site experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the technical and engineering disciplines of assigned projects, ensuring compliance with company standards and client requirements.
* Assist in the planning, scheduling, and coordination of site-based construction and commissioning activities.
* Support the development and maintenance of project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and QHSE requirements.
* Oversee and assist with the installation, commissioning and transition into operation of a large-scale mining water treatment plant.
* Coordinate subcontractors and assist in the management of project financials and progress reporting.
Required Experience
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical)
* 5+ years' experience in site-based project delivery, ideally within water treatment, mining, industrial or infrastructure environments.
* Strong technical understanding of water treatment plant construction, commissioning and operation.
* Ability to be based in Darwin, or open to FIFO roster
