Your Opportunity
As a Member Solutions Specialist in Geraldton, you will be the face of RAC in your local community spending time with our members, face to face and over the phone. During your working day, Monday to Friday 8.45am - 5.15pm (37.5 hours per week), you will be listening to their needs, provide tailored solutions and help them make the most out of their RAC products and services.
You'll be set up for success with a fully paid, in-depth structured training program, starting 3rd December, directly delivered virtually to you by our professional Learning and Development Advisors.
What will you be doing:
* Meet with members in person or via phone/email to understand their questions and enquiries about their current membership.
* Provide support and accurate general advice or up to date information on products and services.
* Building and maintaining relationships with members recommending products tailored to suit their individual needs
What we are looking for:
* As a member-based organisation, alignment to our values is essential, in addition to:A seasoned customer service professional with sales experience, ideally in a busy, multi-tasking environment.
* Experience in working to & achieving KPI's/ targets individually & as part of a team.
* Ability to adapt & flex within a changing work environment.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen & relate well to others. Ability in demonstrating empathy and resilience in assisting members in difficult situations
* Strong computer literacy and ability to use many applications at once whilst having conversations
* Embrace and participate positively in change
