About the Role
We are seeking dedicated Support Workers to provide personal care and assistance to a client in Nambour. We offer flexible and regular shifts, up to 38 hours per week. Ideal candidates will have good availability, flexibility, and the ability to work both day shifts and inactive sleepovers.
Our client is a 60-year-old woman with early-onset Alzheimer's, at risk of wandering and experiencing cognitive impairments that impact her safety. Support is required for personal care, mobility, and community access. The role involves working within a team of 5–8 carers, ensuring consistent and compassionate support.
Due to the client's rural location with limited public transport, a valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle are essential. The client prefers female carers for personal care, but male carers are welcome for other support roles.

Skills & Experience:
* Experience in disability and/or aged care
* Dementia care experience required
* Personal care, medication administration, and manual handling
* Willingness to provide day and overnight support
What You Need:
* Minimum Certificate III in Disability (or willingness to obtain)
* Current Yellow Card OR NDIS Worker Screening Check (No Card, No Start)
* Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
* Current National Police Check
* Current Driver's Licence (preferred)
* Full comprehensive car insurance (preferred but not essential)
* Availability for a range of shifts, including overnight shifts
* Located in or willing to travel to Nambour and surrounding suburbs
