Experienced professionals are sought for a senior contracts administrator role in the Canberra region.
* Key Responsibilities Include:
1. Project Administration: Managing project expenditure, tracking subcontractor claims and administering RFIs to clients, architects and consultants.
2. Contract Management: Preparing subcontractor packages, reviewing, negotiating and finalizing subcontracts.
3. Team Collaboration: Working with a team of construction professionals on various projects in the ACT region.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates will require:
* A senior and mid-level construction/building contract/commercial management skill set.
* Experience managing head and subcontracts on government building projects.
* Industry-relevant degree qualification.
* Familiarity with Contract Law principles & construction specific Acts, codes and Regulations.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
