Key services include Vinnies Shops; Vinnies Soup Vans; support programs for people experiencing mental illness; home visitation; youth programs; assistance for asylum seekers and refugees; education and tutoring; and a range of other volunteer-run initiatives that assist people in need.Reporting to the Head of Fundraising, the Individual Giving Manager plays a key leadership role in driving data-led donor acquisition, retention, and engagement for the fundraising department.The role is responsible for developing and implementing strategies that grow database size and revenue from individual and community donors through multi-channel appeals, donor retention initiatives, regular giving, and community fundraising. This role will lead and inspire a collaborative team dedicated to maximising engagement and ensuring a sustainable and scalable approach to fundraising.About YOUAt least 5 years in fundraising, individual giving, donor acquisition, retention, and donor cultivation in the nonprofit sectorProven experience in managing teams, with demonstrated ability to motivate and develop staffExcellent knowledge of CRM software as well as the ability to analyse and report on program performance and financial outcomesQualifications in a related field such as Business, Marketing, Nonprofit Management, Communications, Fundraising, or equivalent experienceSt Vincent de Paul Society Victoria is proactive in supporting child safety.
