We don't just provide support: we create opportunities. Alongside daily supports, we run innovative community access programs that empower people to grow and connect. Our flagship program, Empowered Hoops, is an inclusive basketball training experience designed to be fun, social, and confidence-building. We also explore creative projects, gaming, music, and outdoor activities, keeping support engaging and meaningful.
We're looking for someone who wants to grow with us, bring their own energy, and be part of programs that make a real difference.
The Role
No formal qualifications or previous experience needed. We'll provide you with training, mentorship, and support to learn the ropes. However certificate III in individual support is highly preferable.
As a Support Worker Trainee, you'll:
Work alongside experienced mentors while supporting people with disabilities in their daily lives.
Successful candidates must obtain an NDIS Worker Screening Check within 30 days of commencing employment.
Be involved in community access programs like Empowered Hoops, social activities, and skill-building projects.
Learn how to balance care, independence, and fun in every interaction.
Develop leadership, communication, and teamwork skills that set you up for growth.
