The Wide Bay Hospital and Health Service is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Director of Occupational Therapy to provide strategic leadership and professional direction for the Occupational Therapy Department across Hervey Bay and Maryborough Hospitals. This senior leadership role is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based occupational therapy services that meet the needs of patients, carers, and the community.

Your opportunity:
Manage the operational delivery of the Occupational Therapy Department clinical services in accordance with organisational goals; and
Professionally lead Occupational Therapy within the WBHHS-South, including contributing to the strategic direction of multidisciplinary teams and providing authoritative Occupational Therapy advice.
Temporary Full Time (76 hours p.f.) from date of appointment until 28th June **** with the possibility of extension
