Job Role
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will provide care and companionship for older people living in their own homes, helping to empower their independence and improve their quality of life.
Our ideal candidate will be able to travel to clients' homes and communities, using their own car, and provide support with daily tasks such as housekeeping, personal care, transportation, and social activities.
Responsibilities
* Provide care and companionship to clients in their own homes
* Assist with daily tasks such as housekeeping, personal care, and meal preparation
* Transport clients to appointments and shopping trips
* Accompany clients on outings and assist with social and wellbeing activities
Qualifications and Experience
* Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent an advantage
* Similar experience providing client-centred care
* Current First Aid certificate
* Driver's licence and access to a comprehensively insured vehicle
