Agribusiness Banking Professional
Rabobank is a specialist in food and agribusiness banking with a strong focus on supporting farmers to feed the world. Our team of professionals work together to provide valuable prudential and client relationship support to account managers, enabling them to develop new business and manage existing client accounts.
The Relationship Analyst forms part of the regional team and is responsible for acting as an additional formal point of contact for clients, overseeing the journey from client request to settlement, and initiating associated branch prudential management tasks. They are also responsible for comprehensive CDD risk analysis in AML/CTF, KYC requirements, and other operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting account managers in responding quickly and efficiently to client requirements.
* Promoting collaboration and effective communication with account managers and credit analysts in deal planning.
* Preparing loan applications and interpreting branch prudential management tasks.
* Utilizing workflow tools to provide stakeholders with clear oversight on workload and capacity.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will have experience in a similar role or within banking, finance, or agriculture. You will also possess a strong understanding of client structures and the ability to interpret and execute branch prudential management tasks.
You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external clients. Additionally, you will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
