Contract Administrator | 3-Month Temp | Immediate Start
Randstard are partnering with a Tier 1 major infrastructure head contractor to appoint an experienced CA to join on a 3-month contract position.

The Role
We are seeking driven individual to support the Commercial Manager on the downstream commercial desk. You will contribute to the entire contract management process, ensuring the project remains on track.
* Managing the full procurement lifecycle, including drafting scopes, tendering work packages, and performing detailed commercial evaluations.
* Executing formal subcontract agreements and ensuring all bank gaurantees, insurance and safety compliance is met prior to site mobilisation.
* Administering monthly progress claims, assessing variations, and issuing payment schedules
* Tracking project budgets and forecasting costs-to-complete to provide the project leadership team with accurate financial visibility.
* Mitigating commercial risk through contract interpretation and the timely issuing of contractual notices.
* Driving the final account process, including the negotiation of settlements and the successful close-out of all subcontractor obligations.
What You'll Bring
* Immediate availability to commence work and attend interviews as early as next week.
* 5 years minimum experience in end-to-end contract administration within the Australian civil infrastructure market contracts up to $15 million.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage multiple high-value work packages simultaneously.
* Strong communication skills to effectively negotiate with subcontractors and report to senior commercial management.
* Proficiency in industry-standard project financial software and ERP systems.

* Rate: Competitive market rates to suit a Tier 1 specialist.
