Responsibilities
* Lead a key wellbeing service that delivers confidential, early‐intervention support to enhance the student experience.
* Shape and strengthen peer‐led mental health initiatives within a highly collaborative Student Life environment.
* Full-time (1.0 FTE) appointment on an ongoing basis.
* Base salary range: $104,243 – $115,661 p.a. (pro-rata) plus 17% superannuation.
* Lead the Living Room service, providing operational oversight, guidance and coordination of wellbeing support for a diverse student community.
* Develop, deliver and evaluate evidence‐based peer supporter training, clinical supervision and wellbeing skill‐building initiatives.
* Contribute to integrated wellbeing services through case management, data reporting, resource development and collaboration across Student Life and the broader University community.
Qualifications
* Tertiary qualifications and current registration with a relevant professional body such as AASW, PACFA or ACA.
* Substantial experience providing mental health support, including suicide risk assessment, crisis response and appropriate referral pathways.
* Demonstrated capability in peer‐led wellbeing models, and experience responding to disclosures of sexual assault, harassment and family or domestic violence.
* Experience designing and delivering educational programs or training that build resilience, capability and wellbeing skills.
* Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal capability, with the ability to work independently, exercise initiative and contribute effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
