Are you an HVAC Project Manager looking to take ownership of multiple commercial projects, lead delivery teams, and step into a business that will actively develop you into senior leadership? On offer is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and growing HVAC contractor delivering a strong pipeline of commercial and light commercial projects across Melbourne. You'll be trusted to run your own portfolio of work, supported by experienced leadership, and given clear progression into senior project management roles.
This company has built a strong reputation in the HVAC and mechanical services space, delivering projects across commercial buildings, fit-outs, and EBA and non-EBA environments. With consistent growth and secured workload, they are now looking for a Project Manager to take responsibility for key projects and help drive continued expansion.
In this role, you will take full ownership of HVAC project delivery from design coordination through to completion. You will manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, procurement, and technical coordination, ensuring projects are delivered safely, profitably, and to a high standard. You will work closely with site teams, engineers, and clients to resolve technical issues, maintain programme control, and ensure smooth delivery across multiple live projects.
This role would suit an HVAC Project Manager who wants autonomy over their projects, strong technical involvement, and a clear pathway into senior leadership within a growing contractor.
The Role:
* Manage HVAC projects from preconstruction through to completion
* Oversee budgets, procurement, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination
* Coordinate design, drawings, and technical documentation with engineers and builders
* Ensure quality, safety, and programme delivery across multiple projects
The Person:
* Experienced HVAC Project Manager or Senior HVAC Supervisor ready to step up
* Strong understanding of mechanical/HVAC systems and commercial construction
* Confident managing stakeholders, subcontractors, and project teams
* Organised, commercially aware, and motivated by progression
