The Company
TekMed is the exclusive AUS/NZ agent for premium medical brands such as Bionic-Germany, Transonic-USA, Infomed-Switzerland, Kugel-Germany. TekMed is an ISO9001 accredited company. We require an experienced customer service/accounts administration person to join our team.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated candidate with a passion for customer service and be seeking to utilise your skills in this interesting field. The desire to learn new tasks and develop your career encouraged.
The Role
2 month contract to cover maternity leave staff member. Potential for permanent role after contract. Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for a variety of accounts administration duties with a customer service focus.
These responsibilities include:

o Customer service contact by phone and email
* Handling purchase orders and invoicing on Reckon/QuickBooks
* Overseas supplier's communication - import/export
* A/R and A/P activities
* CRM entries - MS Dynamics
* Full time position M-F 9-5
Skills & Experience desired

* Qualification in business administration/accounting
* Experience in Reckon/QuickBooks
* Import/Export process experience an advantage
