We're on the hunt for a sharp, driven Junior Accountant to join a collaborative and down-to-earth finance team. This isn't a "sit back and watch" role—you'll be right in the mix, owning the end-to-end accounting process across multiple entities and making a real impact from day one. What you'll be getting stuck into: Owning monthly financial reporting like a pro Keeping the general ledger, AP/AR, and payroll running smoothly Preparing bank recs and BAS/IAS with confidence Supporting business tax return preparation Posting journals and keeping everything balanced and accurate Jumping into projects and helping drive improvements What you bring to the table: CA/CPA qualified (or nearly there) A degree in Business or Finance 2-3 years' experience Strong grasp of accounting fundamentals Advanced Excel skills (you know your way around a spreadsheet) A sharp eye for detail and a proactive, get-it-done mindset Great communication skills—you're a team player Bonus points for MYOB Advanced (Acumatica) experience This role is also a great fit if you're coming from an accounting practice and looking to step into something more dynamic.
