Client Relations Officer
The Client Relations Officer works with the Account Manager to provide a professional point of contact to clients, delivering timely responses to queries, handling escalated matters, producing reports, managing complaints, and responding to information requests.
We will count on you to:
Utilise strong interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with client stakeholders
Prepare detailed formal reports and informal reports as required, in line with stakeholder expectations
Resolve issues and respond to requests from internal stakeholders and the client
Act as a conduit and facilitation point for internal escalations requiring client consideration or decisions
Investigate, manage and respond to member complaints accurately and promptly
What you need to have:
Previous experience in a similar role with exceptional stakeholder management skills
Good analytical skills
The ability to work independently and self-directed
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
What makes you stand out?
Proficiency in Excel, especially formulas and v-lookups
Experience in the superannuation, insurance or banking sector (beneficial)
Exposure to complaints management, including investigation and resolution
