As a Senior Educator at Goodstart, you'll take charge of your own room, leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs. You'll collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices. Your commitment to safety and inclusivity ensures that every learning experience is tailored to meet the needs of all children.

Prime Location - We're just 5 minutes from the beach and surrounded by nature, with two large parks within walking distance. Our centre overlooks the local primary school, and we're excited to launch a transition-to-school program in Term 4. A vibrant new development featuring shops and eateries is currently under construction just across the road.

Educators benefit from 16 dedicated programming hours per week and ongoing guidance from our experienced Educational Leader. Our Centre - Our 85-place centre features four beautifully designed learning rooms: Nursery, Toddlers, Pre-Kindergarten, and Kindergarten. Recent yard upgrades and a dedicated sustainability space support nature-based learning and outdoor exploration.
Experienced Leadership - Our long-standing team is the heart of Ocean Reef. All room leaders have over 5 years of service with Goodstart, and some, including our Nursery Room Leader and Assistant Director, are celebrating 10 years You'll be supported by leaders who truly understand and value your role.

You'll Need
Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
Current Western Australia Working with Children Check
