As the Accomodation Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end performance of the accommodation facility, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and well-run environment for all residents. You will lead a small, dedicated team across accommodation, catering, housekeeping, and facilities—creating a positive culture and consistently delivering high-quality service.
You'll also be expected to step in and assist with hands-on tasks such as cleaning or food preparation when required, setting the standard for teamwork and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities

* Control costs and stock management.
* Allocate accommodation in accordance with employee rosters.
* Provide guidance and coaching to your team.
