Immediate Start for the right candidate. The Doctors Mackay is a family and friendly practice established in 2022. We are a mixed billing practice with highly experienced GP’s, both male and female. We are a busy eight doctor practice located in a bustling shopping plaza.
Our mission is to provide the highest standard of patient care whilst incorporating a holistic approach toward diagnosis and management of illness.
We are seeking a friendly and caring Medical Receptionist – Casual Position (starting at 3 days per week, possibly more) and need to be able to cover annual leave and sick leave when required.
Experience in Best Practice Medical software program would be advantageous but not essential. School leavers encouraged to apply!
Responsibilities
Answering phones
Booking and rescheduling appointments
Assisting with patient enquiries
Assisting Doctors and their needs
Checking and distributing emails
Collecting and sending mail
Attention to detail is essential and the ability to work under pressure
Qualifications
Experience in Best Practice Medical software is advantageous but not essential
School leavers encouraged to apply
