About Grill Americano Sydney
Following the success of the Flinders Lane original, this new outpost of our opulent Venetian-style steakhouse makes its home in one of the city's most significant architectural icons. Reimagining the Grill Americano concept especially for Sydney, the restaurant is a vision of grandeur and glamour, showcasing a lauded wine program, and ever-evolving menus centred around the kitchen's prized wood oven and Josper grill.
About the Opportunity
We are looking for the industry's best Supervisor to join our team to deliver a best‐in‐class experience for both our guests and crew. You will ensure a high standard of service and bar operations.
The Ideal Candidate Must Have
* Demonstrated experience as a Supervisor in a high energy dining environment
* Exceptional service skills and guest focus
* Highly adaptable and able to perform in high‐pressed periods
* Proven ability in building effective relationships
* Organisational and time management skills
* Experience using a time & attendance system, H&L or similar
* Exceptional communication and presentation
* Available and willing to work weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts
* Must possess a valid RSA certificate
