About the role:
We are seeking an experienced F inance Administration Assistant in Newcastle NSW. You will assist with high volumes for NSW Schools Cleaning Contract, the role involves Answering the phones, managing core mailbox, first point of contact in the rostering hotline.
Monday to Friday and Initial 6-month contract with the option for permanent placement.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:

* Assist with validating weekly payroll for all wages employees.
* Assist with maintaining a high-volume inbox by sorting into categories and attending to pay queries and requests for information.
* Act as a point of call for all wages employees, resolving payment errors and preventing recurrence
* Be the first point of contact in the rostering hotline.

Required Skills & Experience:

* Financial Administration experience is a MUST
* Customer Service experience is a MUST
* General experience with MS office suite (excel, word, outlook)
* An ability to provide exceptional customer service skills with the focus on the employee as the customer
* High Level of attention to detail, initiative, analytically and problem-solving skills.
