Monadelphous is currently seeking a highly experienced and motivated Project Engineer to join our NSW Operations team on a permanent, full-time basis.
This role is critical in supporting the safe, efficient, and on-budget delivery of multiple shutdowns.

Key responsibilities will include:
* Lead and coordinate site support functions (Quality, Technical, Planning, Commercial)
* Assist in developing project plans, budgets, and schedules
* Manage project data, reporting, and commercial documentation
* Support tender submissions and execution phases
* Participate in client and contractor meetings, offering practical solutions
What you will bring
* Site-based experience in the resources sector (highly regarded).
* Engineering or trade qualifications (preferred).
* Experience with heavy mechanical or mobile plant equipment (advantageous).
* Exposure to piping, electrical, or construction projects.
* Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
* Commitment to safety and compliance.
* Australia working rights.
* Open Drivers Licence.
