About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside the Regional Lead Pharmacist to establish a new dispensary at Gawler Health Service. Join our Pharmacy team as a Team Leader and lead a dedicated group to deliver safe, high quality and effective medication services. You will oversee clinical and dispensary operations, build team capability and maintain strong standards to support optimal patient outcomes.
In this role, you will guide and develop staff, act as a key contact for clinical teams and ensure policies and procedures are followed. You will lead practice reviews, support performance development and contribute to service improvement, while working closely with senior leaders to deliver safe and cost effective care across the pharmacy service.
About You
You are an experienced pharmacist and confident leader who delivers high quality care and drives service improvement in a fast paced clinical environment.
* Degree in Pharmacy with AHPRA registration
* Lead teams and improve service delivery outcomes
* Analyse data and solve complex clinical issues
* Communicate well and work across multidisciplinary teams
