**About the Company**
Due to internal promotion, we have a temp to perm opportunity available. This is a fast-paced environment where two days aren't the same.
Located in Horsley Park, this is an excellent opportunity for a highly experienced administration officer with industry experience or a receptionist wanting to grow within the supply chain and logistics field.
**About the role**
- Providing excellent customer service, answering calls
- Maintaining data integrity, confidentiality, and accuracy
- Tracking deliveries and updating system and pallet control
- Administration and reporting to update managers on the status of orders
- Front reception duties including greeting visitors
**About you**
- Experience in a fast-paced, administration or customer service facing position, ideally in warehousing, distribution, pharmaceutical, or logistics environment
- Preferred experience with MS Office
- Professional presentation and phone manner when answering calls and queries
- You will be committed, results-driven, approachable, and above all, hold the customer's queries in the highest regard; ensuring the quality of service is top standard
- Licence and Car with reliable transport - as no Public Transport is available
