What you'll be doing
As a Community OT, you'll play a vital role in helping clients live more independently and comfortably in their homes and communities. You'll support clients through:
* Functional assessments and ADL support
* Capacity building programs in home/community settings
* Home modifications and assistive technology prescription
* Neuro rehab (stroke, ABI, CP, progressive conditions)
* Client advocacy and care coordination across NDIS, Aged Care, DVA, and more
Work across a varied caseload
* NDIS
* Home Care Packages
* DVA
* Private Health
* Queensland Health (TCP & CRST)
Who we're looking for
You might be early in your OT career, or looking to level up – either way, we want passionate, curious, and community-focused professionals.
* Bachelor/master's in occupational therapy
* Current AHPRA registration & professional indemnity insurance
* NDIS experience a plus – but not essential
* Excellent communication and a real people-person
* Self-driven, team-focused, ready to make a difference
