About This Opportunity

This role is about leading the customer service team in a fast-paced environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer experiences and driving business results.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have previous experience working in a customer-facing environment and proven leadership skills. You should be able to lead, coach, and develop your team to meet sales targets and maintain excellent service standards.

As a leader in this team, you will also be responsible for creating a one-team culture that prioritizes the health, safety, and wellbeing of our team members. You will need to be customer-obsessed and continually seek ways to better understand our diverse customers to ensure we provide an outstanding shopping experience.

* You will have previous experience working in a fast-paced customer-facing environment.
* You will have proven leadership experience as a leader, coach, and developer of high-performing teams.
* You will be able to maintain excellent service standards and keep the checkout area clean and safe for our team and customers.
* You will be able to drive a one-team culture that prioritizes the health, safety, and wellbeing of our team members.
* You will be customer-obsessed and continually seek ways to better understand our diverse customers.
