The Role:
Working closely with the Director, you will play a key role in driving the success of the team while developing your own pipeline.
Key responsibilities include:
* Conducting high-volume open homes across key local markets
* Managing and converting large volumes of buyer enquiries
* Proactively building and nurturing your database through warm and cold prospecting
* Assisting with property research, pricing strategies, and market insights
* Supporting and participating in buyer negotiations
* Coordinating marketing campaigns from launch through to sale
* Assisting with auctions, building & pest inspections, and campaign execution
You will be working within a defined core area, allowing you to build strong local market knowledge and presence.
About You:
* Previous real estate sales experience is essential
* Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
* Reliable car and valid driver's license
* Confident, articulate, and professional communicator
* Highly driven with a strong work ethic and ambition to succeed
* Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
